TERMS & CONDITIONS
When requesting a quote or placing an order with Downtown Imprints, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Payment: We require a full (100%) payment to be payed to Downtown Imprints before we begin an order unless otherwise discussed in writing.
Payments can be made via credit card, check, money order, PayPal, or cash. A $50 charge will be issued for returned checks. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments made via credit card or PayPal are subject to a processing fee that could change without notice.
Order Cancellation: The cancellation of any order is subject to any fees that are required for Downtown Imprints to be reimbursed any costs that were involved with that specific order.
Artwork: Art fees are currently $50/hour with a $25 minimum with prices subject to change at any time. We are not responsible for poor prints that are a result of poor artwork. What is on your mock-up is what we intend to produce, so please review your mock-ups carefully. By approving your invoice, you are approving your mock-up and accepting any possible errors. Any artwork or files provided by Downtown Imprints shall remain our property unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Quantity: Downtown Imprints does not guarantee that the exact quantities of produced goods will match a quote or invoice. Decorating apparel is a very hands on process and there is room for possible error and variance. Please allow for a 5% overage/underage variance in quantity per print location for each garment and or item type on your order.
Turnaround: Turnaround time on orders placed with Downtown Imprints is 10-14 business days starting from the time we receive all of the following: quote approval, payment, goods, and any other requirements or materials associated with the order. Turnaround time is subject to change. This time frame does not include holidays or weekends.
Screen Fees: A screen fee of $15 per print color per location will be charge for each design that is printed for an order unless otherwise agreed to in writing between the customer and Downtown Imprints. All screens, inks, separations, or any other materials used to produce an order will remain the property of Downtown Imprints unless otherwise agreed to in writing between the customer and Downtown Imprints.
Digitizing Fees for Embroidery: Turning a design into a file that can be used for embroidery will be charged at the current rate based on complexity, stitch count, application, and size. Changes to past digitized designs may also result in additional charges.
Due Dates: We cannot guarantee to meet any particular deadline, but we will try our best to get you what you need when you need it.
